You must complete this form to bring us cats.  Do not call.  We accept cats Sunday–Tuesday between 6–7:30 pm.  Please be sure to check out our homepage for any facility closure dates before trapping and filling out the form below.

Directions to the drop off facility will be emailed to you only after you complete this form.  If you need help trapping, please see Cat Trapping 101.
